This week over at Kelly's Korner , it's Show Us Where You Live Friday...yards and garages! Our yard isn't any too exciting...we do have plentyshrubs and things that are green but not alot of color (that's something I hope to work on in the next couple of weeks)...so I'll just show you some of my favorite things about the outside of our house.
This is half of our front porch, and we have 2 more rocking chairs on the other side. I guess it's just part of being Southern but I love porches. We live on 10 acres and so it's nice to sit outside in the evenings and just unwind from a busy day. 
This is Caden's swing set! He loves to slide and he's gotten pretty good at the "rock climbing wall". It was a gift to him for his 1st birthday from my parents. 
This is Caden's sandbox...Zach built it for him for his 1st birthday and it sets on part of the deck that extends off our back porch. We spend more time on our back porch than our front porch...that's where the grill is, there is more to look at, more of Caden's toys are out there, etc. I'm anxious to go see the other yards...so I can get some ideas for adding color to mine. Have a happy 4th of July!!!
